Probably the most obvious tip, we all now how important it is to stay hydrated whether it be on a daily basis or during the summer days. Whether your driving, out for a walk, lounging in the sun, or relaxing at home, keep a bottle of water near by.

Did you know your diet affects how you can manage your body’s response to high temperatures? Eat less salty food and protein and eat more fruits and vegetables. It’s also best to eat smaller, frequent meals.
