Kozan Teppanyaki
Kozan’s interior echoes the minimalist aesthetics of a classic Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant combined with a clean, modern design. Kozan, meaning ‘mountain’ in Japanese, was adopted in admiration of Mount Kinabalu, the icon of Sabah. Kozan offers both Teppan-yaki and a la carte dining along with a range of options from our Sake trolley and Kozan cocktails created by our bar team.
Oceano Italian Restaurant
Oceano Italian Restaurant offers casual, relaxed dining for lunch and dinner. The menu emphasizes Sabah produce and features dishes inspired from Italian Nonna’s cooking. As the breakfast venue for our Ocean wing, Oceano is open to all resort guests for lunch and dinner. Oceano’s signatures include Margherita Pizza and Gnocchi di Patate – homemade potato gnocchi with Italian gorgonzola cheese
