The wooden staircase leads directly from the sundeck to the lagoon, for the daily dose of snorkeling or for the occasional plunge into the ocean. Veli offers a modern interpretation of fusion cuisine from the many rich cultures of the Maldives. Its décor is characterised by an open kitchen with contemporary seating around Yakiniku tables where meats and seafood are grilled in front of guests, all set on a pristine stretch of powder white beach.
