From the team behind the halal friendly travel experts Serendipity Tailormade and Luxury Halal Travel, welcome to the latest member of the family called Rihaala.
From the Arabic meaning for 'journeys' the team have brought together over ten years of experience in the halal travel space to give you the ability to design and book your next trip. Whether you're looking for a hotel with halal dining options through to somewhere special with a private pool, you'll find it here on Rihaala. We differ from any other online booking site out there, with each hotel and resort selected by our amazing product team. We speak to each hotel finding out their provision for halal food, alcohol free environments, prayer facilities, female only experiences, privacy and family friendliness.
Why? Well, we want to take the hard work on for you, so you don't need to worry and just concentrate on having that well deserved break. Here on Rihaala, you'll find a wealth of information on your destination, resort, places to see, things to do and places to eat. You can also use our Wall of Inspiration to find out where people just like you are travelling and the experiences they are finding on their travels.
Our Ethos
The Serendipity Foundation was set up to give back to the wonderful people we’ve come across on our travels. For each person that books with Serendipity Tailormade, we donate £5 to the Serendipity Foundation. Simply by booking with us, you’ve helped thousands of people through the role the Serendipity Foundation plays both here in the UK and abroad.
Whilst we’ve come across some amazing projects, we also believe charity begins at home, and the guys here at Serendipity Tailormade are humbled to support Al-Ishara, a fantastic initiative to provide access to Islam for the deaf community. We also work with orphanages and communities in Sri Lanka, to provide basic necessities to schools and villages we often take for granted, as well as an Islamic school in Indonesia supporting children from as young as 4 years old.

You're Protected
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under ABTOT Combined and The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Serendipity Tailormade, ATOL number 7404, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for the following:
1. Non-flight packages
2. Flight-inclusive packages that commence outside of the EU, which are sold to customers outside of the EU; and
3. Flight-inclusive packages, flight only and linked travel arrangements (LTAs) sold as a principal under ABTOT Combined.
ABTOT Combined cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if you are abroad. Please note that bookings made by customers outside the EU are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Serendipity Tailormade.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected either by ABTOT Combined or the ATOL scheme.
