Air: The poolside restaurant uses fresh ingredients from land and sea to craft a menu of halal friendly dishes. Delicious simplicity is the much-loved result. The day at Air starts with a spectacular buffet of breakfasts from around the world. Lunch offers our guests an À la carte menu of vibrant European salads, Maldivian specialities, prime cuts charred to perfection on the grill, and mouth-watering desserts. Indian, Arabic, Italian or French, the dinner buffets are themed to celebrate iconic cuisines. Friday night is always dedicated to the food of the Maldives, with local cooks travelling to the island to create speciality appetisers and curries.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner feature an inspired fusion of Mediterranean and contemporary Asian flavours. At Tsuki every plate takes up this mantle and celebrates the seafood, rice, soya and vegetable bounty of nature.
